License (US American spelling) should be used. Test plan: 1. Go to More > About Koha > Licenses. 2. Search the page for "licence". 3. Note some occurrences of "licence", which is the British English spelling. 4. Apply the patch and refresh the page. 5. Repeat step 2. 6. Note that there are now no occurences of "licence". 7. Sign off.
