We would like to see inbuilt options in Koha to configure all (or core fields)
within the patron record with data validation rules. This would allow libraries
to ensure high data standard for their patron records. We currently have
jquery/js in intranetuserjs to do this for ourselves with our own rules but it
would be useful generally if this was configurable in the Koha UI
