Some providers don't provide statistics in COUNTER format. To have all the
statistics in one place, it would be nice if Koha provided an option to upload
documents linked to data providers in the eUsage module like it does in other
parts of the ERM module.
It's understood that these data would only be uploaded for storage and could
not be used in reporting.
