We are experiencing an issue where some newly cataloged items intermittently
fail to appear in search results in Koha, regardless of whether the search is
by title, author, barcode, or ISBN.
Affected records:
Are fully cataloged
Can be found in Koha reports
Are available for checkout and check-in
Are visible and searchable via Aspen Discovery
This behavior is inconsistent—some records appear as expected, while others are
entirely missing from the search index.
