This was reported by a library exporting the acquisition details from the tab
on the staff interface detail page. The title for the record was indeed very
long, resulting in a problem saving the file on a Windows computer.
Suggestion: If we want to keep using the title for the file name, we should
limit it to a sane number of characters.
