Bug 36064 added a link to holds awaiting cancellation to the staff intranet
home page; it would be nice to add a count with link to 'Holds waiting over' so
staff know those need attention too, especially for smaller or special
libraries where holds may be more infrequent and less easily remembered to
clear.
