Manually entry of amount tendered to same value as amount being paid occurs the
majority of the time when card payment is taken as opposed to cash.
If amount tendered value defaulted to copy from amount being paid then user
could manually change to correct amount tendered if cash but would save manual
input for majority of transactions.
