stage-marc-import.pl gives the ability to choose an import profile.
It can be needed for some libraries to always apply a given profile, for
example when you import records from a MARC file into an aquisition basket, and
the MARC file is dowloaded from a specific publisher or record provider.
Currently the librarians can too easily forget to choose the right profile.
