Balanced total due value on transactions
Calculating total due on transaction page is giving a result that cannot be
paid if an account line is partly paid and some credit is added.
The balance is taking the credit into account and showing total due as zero
even there is payment that you could pay. The payout amount does not work since
you have to pay same amount as in total due and payment cannot be zero.
