The system preferences MaxOpenSuggestions, MaxTotalSuggestions and
NumberOfSuggestionDays only come into play when a patron enters purchase
suggestions via the OPAC. When a staff member enters purchase suggestions on a
patron's behalf via the staff interface there is nothing to prevent them from
exceeding these limits.
It would be helpful to add some kind of alert in the staff interface so that
staff will know the limits and that they are exceeding the limits set by the
system preferences.
