It would be good to document in the Koha Manual what the bookmark icon next to
a system preference name does / can be used for. I think this page would be the
best to add this information to:
https://koha-community.org/manual/latest/en/html/globalpreferences.html
The bookmark icon narrows down what you see to only that system preference (and
related ones). The URL can then be copied to link directly to this system
preference - this is useful when you need to point people to it in internal
documentation, for example.
