Pointing to a report via URL relies on knowing the report's ID number that is
automatically assigned by Koha. However, this creates extra work for those of
us creating reports that rely on other reports, or linking to reports via
jQuery, and copying this jQuery to other servers; particularly test servers.
It would be helpful if we could either manually assign these ID numbers or
create some other type of ID that could be referenced via URL (with the
condition that Koha checks if the ID us unique). This would allow for more
consistency between servers.
