I just repeated the test scenario and it seems OK with the data provided. The authid #1 should be 110 $a Institute of Jesuit Sources (Boston). -- linked to 453 biblio records. While importing, did you delete the records provided with ktd (bulkmarcimport.pl with -d -fk switches)?
