It is possible to add a vendor issue note, which based on bug 33105 seems to
imply these are critical issues. If these notes are critical, they should be
more prominently displayed so that attention is brought to them. Vendor issues
should show on the Vendor detail page, possibly in red. It may also be helpful
to indicate there are issues in the baskets as well.
Right now there is no way to know there is a vendor issue without accessing the
vendor issues screen.
