There is no option for requesting interlibrary loans in the menu boxes on the
patron OPAC page once they log in. The closest choice is my purchase
suggestions.
Can we add a menu box for my ILL requests with the accompanying pages similar
to the purchase suggestions that will automatically email the librarian?
Work to be done:
1) Add new notice (code ILL_REQUEST, or similar)
2) Add new system preference OpacEnableILL (or similar)
3) Create new opac page that will display form
4) Add link in OPAC navigation
5) Add link to form when no results are displayed for a given search
