This patch updates koha-conf.xml and makes the changes neccessary to include the QueryParser configuration file in the packages. To test: 1) Run Makefile and check generated koha-conf.xml to confirm that the line <queryparser_config>...</queryparser_config> is there with an absolute path. 2) That was it.
