I noticed this error in your log: #Error: Undefined subroutine &main::/home/jcamins/koha-dev/plugins called at (eval 37) line 2. I'm wondering if there are any 'crufty' files left over in your plugins directy. Maybe you should try deleting everything in there and then run the unit test.
