When ordering, using the Adlibris plug-in, sometimes two baskets are created in
Koha, or even three at rare occations. There has also been instances where more
than one item is created in the catalogue.
The problem only occurs in Koha, not in Adlibris, and the duplicates that are
created can be deleted.
