The issue table on the serial collection page used to show the status for each
item, but currently the column is completely empty (see screenshot)
You can see that the items all have a correct status, when you open them for
editing.
To test:
1) Look at the detail page of any subscription
2) Click on the serial collection link in the link list on the left
3) Look at the issues, create some new issues using the "Generate next" button
4) Check status column of the table of issues
