There is NEVER going to be an opportunity for staff to use all 3 buttons at
once on the bottom of the holds tab of circulation.pl.
Could we make this an action button? I know that one of the buttons has a
form. I know that bootstrap dropdowns can include form elements to fill in.
Or another option is to have a modal that asks for the date if that option is
chosen.
This would clean up the real estate on this screen a bit.
