Test case:
- Record contains umlauts in title (öäü)
- Checkout is done with a rental fee
- Check title display on 'Pay fines' tab - umlauts are broken
- After paying the fine the title shows correctly on the 'Account' tab
I am quite sure that this worked correctly before.
