Discovered this one by accident. I can reproduce it in a specific area. I do
not know if it further occurs in other possibly related circumstances. If you
let the system time out, and then attempt to change the selected library in the
Circulation and Fines rules screen, it will ask you to sign in again, and then
change your location to the library you just selected.
To reproduce:
Go to the Circulation and Fines Rules screen
Select a library
Let the system sit idle past the time-out value
Attempt to change the library
Sign back in
Your location is now changed to the library you just selected.
It is easy enough to change the location back, but if unnoticed it could be an
issue.
