Definitely this would be useful for tags in moderation to correct spelling errors. It would also be amazing to have the ability to edit approved tags. An application for this would be, say, someone tags a bunch of books Pulitzer2011 but later decides to keep doing this and wants to drop the 2011. All of this would be great on the staff side, but useful on the public side, too.
