In a situation where var/run/zebradb/bibliosocket or
var/run/zebradb/authoritysocket is held open by a zombie process, Starman/Plack
will report "oAuth error: Connect failed (10000)
unix:/home/jcamins/koha-dev/var/run/zebradb/authoritysocket ZOOM" in the error
log, but never return anything, leaving the web browser or proxy spinning.
