In order to avoid the use of cronjobs to trigger the incremental indexing of
records (does not scale on busy setups, cannot do sub-minute frecaquency
indexing), we can use Koha::Contrib::Tamil's koha-index-daemon to do the job.
This should be set automagically by the koha-common package.
