If not, you can create one by clicking New > Layout or New > Batch template in the labels toolbar. > Then, with neither of those options chosen, clicking > Export and then Download as PDF results in an error. The labels/label-create-pdf.pl does result in an error when no layout is chosen. But this is not caused by these patches. It also happens when exporting label batches to pdf. The barcode range uses the same popup as the rest of the label creator tools.
