Icon used in cataloging to trigger plugins
The cataloging interface uses an icon as a link to trigger plugin pop-ups.
Other pages, like add item in cataloging and add item in acquisitions, use
"..." It would be better if this was consistent.
I would say the icon used on addbiblio (attached for reference) is generic
enough for wide use.
