Koha version 16.11.11 does not obey hold "CONFIRM" button if the hold book is
in transit status and check in for confirmation of hold while "Print and
Confirm" button works fine
Test plan
1. Issue a book
2. put hold on book
3. return the book with SIP2 or in such a way to make its status "in-transit'
to other branch
4. Check in above book from staff client
5. Message pop-up to confirm the hold
6. Click the "Confirm" button
7. Check the status is still in-transit
8. Again check in the same book
9. Message pop-up
10. This time click "Print and Confirm" button
11. Not the status change to waiting
