There is now on the library transfer limits page a box containing check
all/uncheck all links for all the ccodes tabs.
When you click on one of these links, all tabs are affected, but you don't
really see the result of your action. It could be useful to display a small
message indicating that all tabs have been modified.
Something like :
On check : "Transfers have been allowed for all collection codes on all
libraries".
On uncheck : "Transfers have been disabled for all collection codes on all
libraries".
