Every now and then after creating or editing a record, the new or changed
record cannot be saved - the 'save', 'save and view record' and 'save and edit
items' buttons cease to be responsive.
This happens on and off but seems much more common after clicking "Edit as new
(duplicate)", or when editing a recently created record.
Browser being used is Chrome 17.0.963.79.
