subscribe link in the OPAC
When you're in the OPAC on the subscription details page there is an option to
subscribe via email to updates to the serial. There is no notice template for
this and it only seems to show for the first subscription, not any other. So
either this needs to be removed, or we need to fix it to show for all
subscriptions and have a notices template for it.
