To reproduce:
1) Run a search in the staff client
2) Select several of the bibs
3) Select 'cart' from 'Add to' drop down and click 'Save'
4) Click cart link at the top of the page.
5) Click print button -- this should bring up the browser's print dialog.
6) Click on 'Items' column to sort by item
7) Click print button -- Nothing happens
I have tested this in master.
