I have my account set up as a test account and I am not receiving overdue
notices. I received the first two scheduled notices, but not the third and
fourth notice. I have checked the spam filter and notices do not seem to be
getting stuck there. What can be preventing notices from arriving to my
account regarding an overdue item?
Any help that you can offer is appreciated.
