The subroutine C4::Koha::GetKohaAuthorisedValueLib just retrieves a description
(lib) for a given authorised value.
We can easily replace it using:
Koha::AuthorisedValues->search({ category => $cat, authorised_value => $av
})->lib
or
Koha::AuthorisedValues->search({ category => $cat, authorised_value => $av
})->opac_description
