With https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=9021 the new
field "sms_provider_id" was created in Koha table "borrowers". It is actually
there in Koha 16.05.
But the field is not listed in
http://schema.koha-community.org/tables/borrowers.html
