If you delete a framework which still has some bib's attached to it then the
searching slowly goes wrong for said biblios. Items become unlinked and
biblio's show up as "no title" in a staff catalogue search.
Fix: add some error checking code to test whether there are still bib's
attached to the framework before allowing it's deletion and warn the user.
