Scenario - Say you're adding bibs using the Fast Add framework from either
Cataloging or Circulation, if you select the 'Add and Duplicate' button, you
are pulled out of Cataloging (additem.pl) and thrown into Circulation. If you
want to duplicate the item...you need to remain at additem.pl to do that, so I
think this is a bug.
The 'Add Multiple Copies' button works, but you are again thrown into
Circulation. Is this behavior fixed by the patch for 6861?
