This is similar to bug 6602.
To test:
- Create a new definiton for the reports dictionary
- Choose any name
- Choose patrons as module
- Choose borrowers.contactnote or borrowers.altcontactfirstname as columns
Step 3 offers a empty pulldown field instead of free text.
