The PrepareItemrecordDisplay sub builds an item framework for later use in ACQ
Some cases were missing : item subfield connected to a plugin, hidden subfield,
long size subfield.
Steps to reproduce :
* attach a plugin to the ACQ framework,
* AcqCreateItems is set to "ordering"
* the "..." does not appear on the right of the subfield when ordering
