Tag reports do not include tags in split transactions

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create first operation with tag in split transaction
2. create tag report and choose the tag
OBSERVED RESULT
Only tags assigned to the entire transaction show in the tag report. Tags
assigned to a split do not show.
EXPECTED RESULT
All tagged transactions should be listed
