SUMMARY
The online quote editor cannot fetch remote url's on Windows when a system
proxy has been configured.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. on Windows host configure system proxy
2. start online quote editor
3. select "Alkimia Currency" and press "Check Source"
OBSERVED RESULT
The online quote could not be fetched
EXPECTED RESULT
It should be able to fetch the online quote with system proxy configured
