I agree with you Carsten (and others) completely. I also strongly agree that if translators want to keep updated translations in the dev branch why on earth we should prevent them?
Well I throw the rock to make waves and see if it was just me that thought that it was plain wrong not to have a stable and a dev branches in docs as it is in code.
