Our stable 4 branch has quite a few bug fixes so I would like to create a stable 4.0.7 release after I get back from my July 4th vacation. Are there any outstanding bugs that need to be fixed before this happens? I'm tentatively hoping to roll this out by July 16th so if that is going to be an issue for our documentation, translation, library, or website developers, please let me know.
