Just throwing it out there.

Is there any point in continuing 32-bit builds for Windows? 64-bit has been
the default arch for over a decade on Windows now. Linux distros are in the
process of purging 32-bit. macOS threw 32-bit into a deep dark hole this
year.

Pros:
1. Don't need to package twice
2. Reduced bug footprint, in case there are 32-bit vs 64-bit variances
3. Potentially some tiny performance improvements

Cons:
1. Somebody out there is using a Window 32-bit install in the year 2019 and
they'll be affected.
