Orson, The list contains far more information than the feature build options. I would prefer that it only include variables defined by using the cmake option() macro. What I would really like is the output to include the option description similar to using autotools `configure --help` with the nice formatting. I think searching for KICAD_* is going cause issues by dragging in variable that are not options. I don't know if there is a way to get just the variables defined in cmake options() or if they get lumped in with all of the other variables.
