Hi David, thanks for the feedback. The patch, in particular, submitted does not change the look of the icon, instead makes it more pleasing to the eye and improves the chance that a new user will understand its use.
I am aware of the problem of heavy changes. That is why I try to do it with great care. There is the problem with the documentation sync too. Regarding the "icon theme" thing, I am not really sure I understand it but I maybe it is a great idea.
