Personally, I would suggest using the standard floppy disk icon for
the Save and Save as features. I found the current ones quite
confusing (pcbnew). The small floppy (as in eeschema) also seems to
work, but I foudn myself looking for the floppy there too.
+1 on making the place junction icon green.
A part from these little improvements, awesome work!
