Dear Gustavo, Kindly advice if you have cleared the data of the first form before updating the form by adding what we have agreed and discussed about so we could avoid a possible duplicate?
Also, is it possible for me to have access to that form? I mean, the results or the database or the data sheet or whatever Goolge Drive call it? Once we have someone who could take full responsibility over these information, I'd be very thankful if I could have a copy for my reference as well.
