She replied offering her help. Then, I right away offered her to join us but not as member but like an outsource we could ask for help whenever needed. She took it very very seriously and put conditions. I tried to take it easy. She refused to do IRC nor Hangout, only emails. I'm sending you her email because: 1. We are a team 2. You need to understand what is going on 3. We have no designer whatsoever so if we have a client, who would do that for them? that is why we might need her and her team 4. building good relation with others is a key that we must keep and use. 5.
