If we need repositories for ubuntu/lubuntu etc I know there is some software that i stumbled acorss that i can setup called reprepro. and the guys at bodhi linux use it i found out and i am willing to learn how to set that up.
I like launchpad but i feel though its some times a bit cumbersome and chunk to get things done even a simple bug report submitted.
